Mark is a Partner at Halle Capital and the Chairman of Arterial Traffic Solutions. Mark is also on the board of several other Halle Capital portfolio companies, including Rockit Pest Control, True Environmental, Tree Guardians, PassCo, and Triflow Solutions. Prior to joining Halle Capital in October 2019, Mark McKenna was at Clayton Dubilier & Rice, where he evaluated investments across industrials, business services, and consumer services industries. He received a BSBA from Georgetown University.

Prior to joining Halle Capital, Jay was the CEO and Co-CIO of Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, an asset management firm where he worked for 34 years. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Montefiore Health System, is the chair of the Investment Committee, and is a Trustee of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Jay served as an Overseer at the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with degrees from the Wharton School (BSE) and the Law School (JD).
